WHAT IS IT?
  • Weakening ability of the blood to properly nourishing important organs and systems.
  • Is very common in women.

CAUSES
  • Poor absorption of iron by the body.
  • Vitamin deficiencies.
  • Parasites.
  • Emotional problem that drags too long.

SYMPTONS
  • Some of the symptons including;
  • Pale skin colour
  • Dizziness
  • Weakness
  • Shortness of breath
  • Sore tongue
  • Brittle nails
  • Decreased appetite (especially in children)
  • Blurred vision
  • Insomnia
  • Numbness
  • Dry skin and hair
  • Difficult or no periods
  • Anxiety

  • Vitamin C
  • Spirulina
  • Egg
  • Royal jelly
  • Red black dates
  • Carrot
  • Dried Apricots
  • Green Leafy Vegetables, especially Watercress, spinach, cabbage, Pak Choi, broccoli, potato, dark green leafy vegetables

GOOD HABIT
  • Regular meals, regular sleep, regular rest and relaxation.

THINGS TO AVOID
  • Caffeine drinks.
  • Too much cold food, raw foods, salad, ice cream, drinks straight from fridge.
  • Irregular eating
  • Worrying about things you can do nothing about
  • Excessive milk and cheese, junk food, bananas, peanuts
